SMART SOLUTIONS, START TO FINISH

Building   a   new   custom   home   can   be   an   overwhelming   and   stressful   time.   At   A&D   Builders,   as   your   custom   home builder,   we   think   it   is   important   that   you   understand   the   construction   process   every   step   of   the   way.   Below   is   the construction process you can expect to go through during the custom construction of your new home. Phase   1:   The   process   begins   when   you   choose   your   custom   package.   Once   that   step   is   complete,   we   get   started   with land   surveys   and   other   relevant   contract   related   documents.   In   addition,   soil   tests   for   engineering   and   verification   of deed restrictions are performed. Phase   2:   A   budget   for   the   construction   of   your   new   custom   home is   created,   bank   financing   begins   and   architectural   plans   for   your custom home are finalized. Phase   3:   in   the   construction   process   of   your   new   custom   built residential   home   begins   with   the   finalizing   of   architectural   plans, building    permits    are    secured    from    the    city    and    your    bank financing is approved! Phase   4:   This   is   the   last   stage   of   the   process   and   it   encompasses   the   building   of   your   custom   home.   There   are   many phases   throughout   this   part   of   the   process   which   all   revolve   around   the   construction   of   your   home.      Starting   with   the laying down of the foundation and framing for your home. Once   the   construction   of   your   home   has   been   completed   we execute     an     official     inspection.     Upon     passing     inspection     a Certificate   of   Occupancy   is   issued.   It   is   at   this   time   your   builder will   guide   you   through   your   new   home’s   orientation,   and   start scheduling   concluding   surveys   and   appraisals   with   the   sales   and escrow   departments   in   preparation   of   your   closing   if   financing was   offered   via   a   lending   bank.   One   final   quality   home   Inspection must be performed by our builders and then we proceed. The   very   last   step   in   your   custom   home   construction   process   is final   closing.   After   closing,   your   team   members   will   give   you   a final   walk-through   tour,   community   orientation   and   answer   any questions   or   inqueries   that   you   may   have.   After   closure   you      keys to your new custom buillt home are placed in your hands.
